My teacher told us that, too! I went through life wondering what was wrong with me. (And numbing with alcohol).

I have so many memories of begging my brother to let me sleep on the floor of his room, and of sneaking in to sleep beside my mom.

Lyns, you put a lot of effort into providing resources. Thank you! I'm going to bookmark this post and share it with my daughter. Back in September, for fun, we attended a paranormal investigation at an old estate in Ottawa. While we didn't pick up on anything unusual, we enjoyed the range of activities and moody atmosphere. In your post, you mentioned this: "I was told that during one of my Spirit Box sessions at The Conjuring House, a blue cold spot in the shape of a large human formed in the doorway behind me..." Lyns, in your travels, have you ever felt a cold spot in a room? Curious.

Thank you so much for reading my long detailed list. I’m so glad you guys might find it useful. That’s so cool that you did the investigation at the estate. I’m curious where you went! Where do you think you might go next?

Yes I see cold spots all the time. The Mel meter has emf and temperature readings. I always try to get baseline readings first thing and then if we see high readings later, we know if it’s expected or not. Usually when we get those emf spikes, I look at the temperature and it’s gone down 5+ degrees.

I’ve had several locations where I physically felt a cold breeze and cannot explain it. The Queen Mary near the vault door / pool area, the Lizzie Borden basement, the underground in Seattle, those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head.

I recently moved to an apartment after a string of synchronicities and it makes lots of fun creaky noises, I see shadows in the dark, and I get lots of random cold spots in my room. And it’s ALWAYS freezing no matter what. I can’t wait to write more about it. My roommate comments on all of this but in terms of the cold spots, he thinks I’m losing my gourd. 🙄

Have you ever had any cold spots?
