“So here you are at last, among the trees.”

- Hannah Fries, Being With Trees

about dreary dendrophile

dendrophile: a person who loves trees (Cambridge Dictionary)

I am a hiker, salmon observer, moss enthusiast. A paranormal seeker, divination scholar, medium in training. I take to the trees to photograph and write about nature, spirits, life, and the afterlife.

You might see me on a trail with my phone up in the air photographing tops of trees, or wandering down an old cobblestone alley checking EMF levels.

Creatures, ghosts, insects, plants, beloved ancestors, spirits of all kinds inspire short stories and deep thoughts.

If you’re into any of that, or if you just enjoy way too many pictures of trees, welcome. Thank you for being here.
